Private Sewing lessons

I offer relaxed, hands-on sewing lessons from my home studio in Karratha. 

Due to my small studio space, I can only offer one-on-one or parent & child lessons. This allows for a calm, personalised learning experience with my full attention on you (and your mini sewing buddy, if applicable!).

You'll learn practical, confidence-building skills in a friendly, no-pressure environment — perfect for adults, kids with their parents, or anyone wanting to tackle their own alterations.

Private 1-on-1 Sewing Lessons

  • Who it's for: Adults or teens (13+) wanting to build foundational or advanced sewing skills.

Parent & Child Sewing Sessions

  • Who it's for: One adult + one child (7–13 years old), bonding through creativity

Learn to Do Your Own Alterations (1-on-1)

  • Who it's for: Adults wanting to save money or learn useful wardrobe sewing alterations skills.

Clothing Alterations

Clothing alterations offer a fantastic solution for individuals seeking to achieve the perfect fit and style for their wardrobe. Whether you want to revamp an old favourite, adjust a recent purchase, or customize a garment to match your unique preferences. 

From simple adjustments, such as hemming pants or shortening sleeves, to more complex modifications like taking in the waist or reworking intricate details, we strive for perfection in every stitch.

Custom Dressmaking

Custom Dressmaking, allows you to truly make a statement with your clothing. This process begins with an initial meeting where we will go through a Dressmaking questionnaire, body measurements, and specific clothing needs are discussed in detail. The purpose of this consultation is to create unique, made-to-order garment that perfectly fit the client's personal taste, body shape and lifestyle or for a specific occasion. The designer carefully listens to the client's ideas, offering expert advice and suggestions to enhance the design, select suitable fabrics, and recommend appropriate details such as buttons, trims, and embellishments.

Dressmaking service includes:

  • Fabric sample & notions/trims sourcing

  • Custom design and pattern making

  • Toile (Calico) X2 fitting & appropriate alterations

  • Final Garment (Production) x1 Fitting & appropriate alterations

  • Final Press (Ironing) of Garment
